This refresher training is an overview of alcohol service practices in Texas, focusing on the responsibilities of alcohol servers, effective alcohol management, and compliance with state regulations. By the end of this course, participants will understand the legal requirements for alcohol service, including who can serve alcohol, the effects of alcohol on the body, and how to prevent over-service. Participants will also cover essential techniques for monitoring patrons, handling conflicts, checking IDs, and reporting incidents.
