Australian HR Institute Bullying Training Course - Bullying and Harassment

3. Bullying and Harassment

The Australian HR Institute (AHRI) has an online course on Bullying and Harassment. In this 90-minute session, employees will be introduced to the concepts of bullying and harassment, the responsibilities and obligations of their managers and leaders, and the different resolution options available in cases of bullying in the workplace. They will also be provided with a case study so that they can better understand the topic through a practical example. Before taking the online course, AHRI gives out pre-course tasks and an introductory module to get learners to prepare and start thinking about the course topic.

6. Bullying in the Workplace

Bullying in the Workplace by the Candian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCHOS) is an online course that’s available in both English and French. In just one hour, you can expect employees to learn about the definition, effects, and risks of bullying in the workplace. Employees will also identify the roles of employers, managers, leaders, and their peers in recognizing and preventing bullying.
