The Adult CPR/AED online course from Red Cross gives learners the knowledge necessary to identify and treat a range of breathing and cardiac problems involving adults. Here, learners will discover the importance of knowing details on body positioning, hand placement, and timing so that they can effectively help an adult in need. It then outlines the different steps that have to be followed starting with checking if the scene is safe up to using an AED.
While this course is taken online, learners will need to participate in an instructor-led skill session within 90 days of finishing the online course.
