This refresher training is an overview of alcohol seller responsibilities and regulations in California, exploring topics such as the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, regulations on alcohol consumption, the health and social impacts of alcohol, recognizing intoxicated individuals, refusing sales, and key licensee requirements. By the end of the lesson, participants are expected to have a clear understanding of the legal and ethical responsibilities of alcohol sellers, including compliance with state regulations, implementing effective policies, and adhering to licensing requirements such as the 500-foot law.
