This refresher training is an overview of alcohol service laws and responsibilities in Florida, exploring topics such as Florida Alcohol Statutes, penalties for non-compliance, responsible alcohol service practices, alcohol licensing, sales regulations, seller responsibilities, and compliance. By the end of the course, participants are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the legal requirements for alcohol service, including verifying age and identity, recognizing signs of intoxication, procedures for refusing service and managing alcohol sales off-site. Participants will also recognize the importance of record-keeping, reporting, and the consequences of non-compliance, ensuring they are equipped to uphold best practices for legal and responsible alcohol service in Florida.
