This refresher training is an overview of alcohol service laws and responsibilities in Illinois by exploring topics such as alcohol laws, brokers, alcohol licensing, sale regulations, seller responsibilities, and compliance. By the end of the course, participants are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the legal requirements for alcohol service, including age and identity verification, intoxication guidelines, procedures for refusing service, and alcohol service during events. Participants will also be able to recognize the importance of record-keeping, reporting, and the consequences of non-compliance, ensuring they are equipped to follow best practices for legal and responsible alcohol service.
