This refresher training is an overview of alcohol service laws and responsibilities in Texas by exploring topics such as Texas Alcohol Statutes, penalties for non-compliance, responsible alcohol service practices, alcohol licensing, recognizing signs of intoxication, refusing service, and sales compliance requirements.
