This course is part of the Gender blended learning course developed by UN Women’s Second Chance Education (SCE) programme. It is targeted at SCE participants. The course will help you to understand what ‘gender’ means. You will learn about the hidden rules that society has for the roles women and men play and how they should behave. You will see how these ‘gender norms’ affect your daily life and think about how to support gender equality in your own life, family and community.
