Introspection: Identifying and Overcoming Implicit Bias

Course overview

This course will help learners become more educated about implicit bias. Upon completion of the course, learners will be able to define what implicit biases are and familiarize themselves with a tool that can help determine biases. In addition, learners will gain knowledge on how to overcome implicit biases, as well as what happens when we do not actively work to eliminate our biases.
