This course is part of the Leadership blended learning course developed by UN Women’s Second Chance Education (SCE) programme. It is targeted at SCE participants. The course will help to broaden your understanding of leadership and to recognize your own leadership potential and the power of organizing with other women to bring about change. It will help you build the skills and attributes needed to be an ‘agent of change’, including self-knowledge, communication skills, resilience, the ability to make decisions, and time management. The course is one of three SCE foundational courses: Personal Growth, Gender and Leadership.
