This management development course prepares managers to switch to result-based management. This course starts by discussing the difference between management and leadership and then discusses the foundations of output-based management, which is a management style that puts trust in employees. It then talks about how to foster a result-based culture by using VOI²C²E (Vision, Opportunity, Incentives, Impact, Entrepreneurship) which are things to consider when developing employee commitment. Lastly, it highlights the importance of measuring performance to see how your employees are progressing.
