It’s one thing to perform a task well but it completely changes the game when it needs to be done under pressure. SC Training (formerly EdApp) has collaborated with record-holding British rescue diver John Volanthen to create the supervisor training program Leading Under Pressure.

It discusses how to shift one’s mindset during high-pressure situations by learning how to keep calm and collected through resilience and mental strength. He also highlights how to use the Library of Plans, which consists of collective advice, experiences, and previous learnings that we get from others to help deal with challenges.

Check your team's learning of this supervisor training program through quizzes. And if you want to automatically deliver your quiz, SC Training (formerly EdApp) has got that covered for you. The quizzes are auto-generated with gamified templates, so your team can tap, swipe, and drag their way through learning reinforcement. Just set your quiz frequency and let the algorithm do the rest. Quizzes are sent automatically to your team’s devices – whether it’s part of a weekly training session or once after a meeting.
